Samuel Cordeiro

Samuel Cordeiro, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Prima-CARE Medical Center, overseeing financial performance, compliance with GAAP standards, and coordinating annual reports and audits. With prior experience as a Controller at both Prima-CARE and Santovia, Samuel has successfully led significant accounting transformations, including the consolidation of divisions and the transition to fully Accrual Method Accounting. Samuel also has experience in property management, where rental space operations thrived under effective financial oversight. Earlier career roles included consulting for CVS Caremark Corporation and Home & Hospice Care of RI, along with a formative internship where substantial claims were resolved. Samuel holds an MBA from Bryant University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
