Kristopher Hotchkiss has extensive experience in customer support and field service management within the equipment industry, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Support at SANY America since July 2020. In this role, Kristopher oversees field support staff and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction across the dealer network. Previous positions include Territory Customer Support Manager for West & Mountain West Regions and Western CE Regional Service Manager, focusing on customer care and support solutions for machinery.
