Kumar Madhukar

Kumar Madhukar is a seasoned electrical and technology professional with extensive experience in electric vehicle development and product design across various esteemed companies. Currently serving as Deputy Manager-Lead Electrical & Technology at SANY Group, Kumar spearheads R&D efforts in product design, development, and integration of electric and hybrid vehicles. Prior roles include Assistant Manager at Mahindra Group, focusing on the development of electric and conventional vehicles, and Senior Design Engineer at Aptiv, where responsibility included wiring harness design. Kumar's career began with hands-on training at Tata Motors and Power Transmission Corporation of Uttarakhand Ltd., laying a strong foundation in automotive industry quality and electrical substation projects. Kumar holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from DIT University and is pursuing an MBA in Operations Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
