Tania Sanchez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in victim advocacy and grant management. Currently serving as a Victim Advocate at the Miami Beach Police Department since December 2016, Tania also holds the position of Grant Administrator at the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office since January 2013, managing the Parenting Time Opportunities for Children federal grant and supporting families affected by domestic violence. Additionally, Tania teaches Adult ESOL at Miami-Dade County Public Schools since April 2012. Previous roles include serving as a Regional Liaison for the Florida Office of the Attorney General, providing training and resources for victims and their providers, and working as a Victim Witness Counselor at the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office, where Tania supported families of homicide victims. Tania holds a Master of Science Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Florida International University.
