Renato Opice Blum

Renato Opice Blum is a distinguished professional in the fields of law, digital technology, and intellectual property with extensive experience spanning several prestigious organizations. Currently serving as the Director of the Department of Defense and Security at Fiesp and an Arbitrator and Mediator at the Associação Brasileira de Propriedade Intelectual, Renato also holds leadership roles at Instituto dos Advogados de São Paulo as the President of the Commission on New Technologies, Neurorights, and Artificial Intelligence. As Executive Chairman of Opice Blum Advogados Associados and a Professor at Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado and Insper, Renato teaches courses on Digital Law and Data Protection.
