Nich Thomas is an experienced professional in the fields of technology and photography, currently serving as the Teen Tech Center Coordinator at Summit Academy OIC since August 2020. Summit Academy Opportunities Industrialization Center (SAOIC) in Minneapolis, Minnesota is dedicated to helping individuals, particularly those from economically challenged backgrounds, to build successful careers.At Summit you can prepare for a career as a Nursing Assistant,Electrician, Welder, Plumber or Sheet Metal Worker, among other professions. Summit’s vocational training programs are also short-term, in many caseslasting only five months.Due to the fact that Summit trains students for in-demand careers and trains and supports them well, Summit’s job-placement rate is high.
