Niall Smith began their work experience in 2010 as Bar Staff with Compass Group. Niall then moved to Publicis Dublin in the same year, where they worked as a Brand Ambassador. In 2013, they took on the role of Sales Representative with Eason & Son Ltd and Onsite Move Coordinator with Gentle Giant Moving Co. In 2014, they began working at AIB as a Products BP Finance / FRMA and in 2015 they joined Mazars, where they worked as an Accounting and Financial Management Trainee. In 2019, they started working at Saol Therapeutics as an Accountant, where they assisted in the delivery of the monthly management accounts of the Irish entities, including the American and Dubai branch, and all related reporting requirements to strict timelines. Niall also prepared and delivered all statutory reporting to strict timelines in accordance with local/statutory accounting standards, and all applicable laws and regulations. Niall also assisted the Finance Manager in the delivery of the Irish financial audits and the Group audit.
Niall Smith has an extensive educational background. In 2000-2004, they attended Rye High School in New York, where they obtained a High School degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce. From 2004-2010, they attended St Conleths college, where they obtained a Leaving cert. From 2011-2015, they attended Technological University Dublin, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting and Business/Management. From 2016-2018, they attended ACCA, where they did not obtain a degree. In 2022, they will attend Columbia Business School to obtain a Certificate in Business Analytics in Accounting and Finance. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from the Road Safety Authority (Full Irish Driving Licence, 2015), Dublin Cookery School (Master evening chef, 2012), and Irish Red Cross (QQI Certificate - Occupational First Aider, 2016).
