Aileen Armstrong is currently the Strategy & Operations Lead for SAP MCC Cloud Reliability & Engagement, a role undertaken since 2023. Previously, Aileen served as the Cloud Health & Reliability Communications & Change Management Lead within the SAP Mission Control Center and as an Information (User Assistance) Developer at SAP from 2021 to 2023. From 2012 to 2021, Aileen worked as an Independent Contractor, focusing on user assistance development, particularly for the SAP Business Technology Platform. Aileen is pursuing an M.A. in Writing and holds a B.A. in International, English, and French from the National University of Ireland, Galway.
