Alan Lau has a diverse background in computer engineering, beginning with a Bachelor's Degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Early career experience includes roles as a Temporary Programmer at Hospital Authority and a Programmer at Chow Sang Sang Holdings International Limited. From 1997 to 2000, Alan worked as an Assistant Computer Officer at the Hong Kong Institute of Education. Subsequently, Alan joined Sybase, progressing through positions as a Technical Support Engineer, Senior Technical Support Engineer, and Senior Staff Technical Support Engineer from 2003 to 2006. Since 2012, Alan has been serving as a Senior Solution Consultant at SAP.
