Alexander Gerber

Alexander Gerber is currently the COO/Chief of Staff for the SAP Cloud Architecture & Engineering unit, where they co-lead GCID Operations focusing on Generative Organizational Transformation. With a background in software development, they began their career at SAP as a Developer and later transitioned into project management roles, including Program Lead in the Cloud Infrastructure Engineering and Automation department. Alexander is a certified facilitator and Scrum Master, engaging in agile software development practices while holding a PhD in Philosophy, German Language, and Literature from Heidelberg University. Their experience spans over two decades, during which they contributed to significant lean/agile transformations within the tech industry.
