Alexander (Sascha) Lotterer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success strategy, business process management, and consulting across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Lead for Customer Success Strategy & Innovation at SAP since March 2017, Lotterer has spearheaded initiatives for SAP Signavio's Consulting and Training business and played a crucial role in integrating newly acquired companies.
