Amy Collins

Amy (Runyen) Collins is currently the Business Engagement Director at SAP, a position they have held since 2022. They previously worked at SAP Concur from 2016 to 2017, where they served as the Director of Service Administration and Service Coordinators, Director of Implementation Services, and Director of Customer Experience. Prior to that, Amy was the Implementation Services Manager at Concur from 2007 to 2014, and they began their career as a Travel Agent at Travel One from 1994 to 2000 before becoming the Manager of Online Travel at World Travel, Inc from 2000 to 2007.
