Amy Dobson possesses extensive experience in human resources and HR systems analysis, having held various roles since 2006. Starting as an intern at S&A Homes, Amy progressed through positions such as Human Resources Intern at Pappa's Restaurant's Corporate Office and mock interview intern at Penn State Career Services. Amy's career includes significant tenure at UTHealth, serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Systems Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed administration of SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle Fusion systems. Continued professional growth led to positions as a Senior HRIS Analyst at NexTier Oilfield Solutions and later a Customer Success Manager at SAP. Amy also completed a Corporate HR training program at Hyatt, where experience was gained in multiple HR functions across the hospitality industry. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Restaurant and Institutional Management from Penn State University.
