Angie Smith has a rich history in customer success and sales within the tech industry, having held various leadership positions at SAP from 2025 to 2023, including Head of Digital Customer Success - Americas and Regional VP, Customer Success- Training and Adoption. Prior to that, they worked at Business Objects and SAP Education, focusing on account management and sales strategies for cloud subscriptions and training services from 2005 to 2009. Angie also contributed to building customer engagement teams to enhance customer training and retention strategies across the Americas. They earned their degree from Acadia University between 1999 and 2004.
