Augusto César holds a MSc in Engineering Management from the University of Debrecen and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Universidade do Leste de Minas Gerais. They served as a Metrologist at USIMINAS MECÂNICA from 2017 to 2020 and participated in various quality management audits. Augusto also gained experience as an iXp Intern at SAP, focusing on change management and process automation. Prior to these roles, they worked as an Electrical and Instrumentation Technician at Power Test Comissionamento, providing calibration and maintenance services to major companies.
