Bárbara Bertolini Schmitt

Bárbara Bertolini Schmitt graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of Unisinos and holds an MBA in Project Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas. They have worked at SAP since 2009, gaining experience in various roles related to human resources, university relations, business development, and training portfolio management. Currently, Bárbara serves as the Head of Ecosystem Innovation at SAP Labs Latin America, where they develop relationships with startups and manage corporate social responsibility projects focused on entrepreneurship. Additionally, Bárbara is aligned with SAP's sustainability strategy, foster innovation, and support community initiatives.
