Bernd Hartmann

Bernd Hartmann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and commercialization within the software industry. Currently serving as the Global Program Manager for Adoption Insights & Services at SAP since October 2024, Bernd previously held the position of Global Head of Pricing and Commercialization at SAP Fioneer from December 2021 to September 2024. Bernd's tenure at SAP from November 1996 to November 2021 included roles such as S/4HANA Commercialization Lead, Launch Coach, Change-Agent, Development Manager, Product Manager, and Software Engineer, focusing on areas including S/4HANA, Leonardo, machine learning, Lean Development, and analytical banking. Earlier in the career, Bernd completed a post-doctoral position at ABB specializing in computer simulations and earned a PhD in Physics from the Max Planck Institute for Nuclear Physics, as well as a Diplom in Physics from Heidelberg University.
