Beth Masterson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer relations and data governance. Currently serving as the Chief Customer Officer at SAP since March 2019, Beth has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales and Services Account Executive. Prior to this, Beth spent nearly 16 years at MRC Global, starting as a Marketing Development Specialist and progressing to hold positions such as Data Reporting Analyst, Data Warehouse Analyst, and SAP Master Data Governance Manager, where the establishment of a global master data governance department was a key achievement. Beth holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Utah State University, completed in 2007.
