Bethany Cramer

Bethany Cramer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in release readiness and change management at SAP, where Bethany has served as Director since October 2020. Prior roles at SAP Ariba included Manager of Release Readiness, Release Readiness Coordinator, and Project Manager, focusing on global release preparedness for the Customer Value Organization and Supplier Management Organization, leading teams through over 20 annual releases and numerous key initiatives. Cramer’s career began in customer support and analytics, including positions at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati and Bank of America, complemented by a Master's degree in Library and Information Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and History/Political Science from Rutgers University.
