Bhrigu Joshi

Bhrigu Joshi is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Country HR Director for SAP in Ireland on an interim basis, where responsibilities include leading the people agenda as part of the Senior Leadership Team. Previously, Bhrigu held various leadership roles at SAP, including Senior Director of Global People Initiatives, focusing on culture, employee experience, and diversity, as well as Director of HR Business Partnering for the Technology & Innovation board area in India & Singapore. Prior experience includes Director of Human Resources at Make My Trip, Vice President - HR at HSBC, and Manager in HR Consulting at KPMG. Bhrigu also has foundational experience in project management with Thermax. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Power Engineering from the National Power Training Institute.
