Birgit Neumann is currently the Director of Public Policy Government Affairs for MEE at SAP, a position they have held since 2020. They previously worked as a legal advisor at VATM from 2004 to 2007, and held various roles as a scientific employee in the SPD Bundestagsfraktion and as a legal consultant for SPD Europaabgeordnete from 2010 to 2017. Birgit also served as the legal advisor for the SPD-Bundestagsfraktion from 2017 to 2018. They earned a Staatsexamen in Rechtswissenschaften from Universität Hamburg between 1994 and 1997.
