Previously, they served as a Customer Service Trainer at SCANA Energy Marketing, Inc., and held roles such as Sales Education Coordinator at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama and Knowledge Architect at CallidusCloud. Currently, at SAP, Brian analyzes, designs, and develops various learning formats for a global audience, while also managing internal learning standards and facilitating coaching sessions. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing from the University of Montevallo.
