Callum Veness is a Senior Director of Product Marketing at SAP, where they leverage their extensive experience in strategy and transformation to enhance customer outcomes. Previously, as Global Director of Strategy & Transformation at SAP, they led initiatives to streamline public cloud services and increase operational scalability. Their role as Head of Services Excellence in Asia Pacific and the Greater China region focused on transforming procurement operations and developing innovative service delivery frameworks. With a background as Consulting Director for SAP Ariba in Australia and New Zealand, Callum successfully scaled consulting services while boosting customer satisfaction. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce with a concentration in Marketing Strategy and Public Relations from the University of Wollongong.
