Carol Javes

Carol Javes is a CFE Principal Consultant at SAP and a strategic thinker with over 15 years of experience addressing sales performance challenges. They have previously held roles as a Senior Consultant at Visual Intelligence, LLC, and Director of Sales Incentive Programs at Independence Blue Cross, where they managed substantial budgets and led teams in designing incentive programs. Carol also has extensive educational credentials, including a Master’s Certificate in Business Intelligence from Villanova University and an MBA from Drexel University. Currently, Carol pursues a BA at George Mason University while continuing to excel at SAP.
