Carolin Achtermann

Carolin Achtermann is a Senior User Experience Design Specialist at SAP, where they focus on developing innovative, people-centric digital products through user research, interaction design, and usability testing. Previously, they gained experience in user experience design at zigzag GmbH and managed social media for the design department at Fachhochschule Potsdam. Carolin is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Design at HTW Berlin, where they investigate how design can facilitate transformation in the public sector. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Interface Design from Fachhochschule Potsdam and have also studied Interaction Design at Malmö universitet.
