Caroline Harper

Caroline Harper has extensive experience in communications and project management, having held various leadership roles across multiple organizations. As an Account Director at Noiseworks from 1995 to 2000, they drove client strategy through creative media relations, working with notable companies such as IBM and Hewlett Packard. They served as Managing Director at Lassooh Communications Limited from 2007 to 2014, focusing on communication strategies that supported business development for clients. In their role at SAP, Caroline is involved in Global Corporate Affairs, enhancing employee engagement across the EMEA region, and they previously contributed to the Institute of Directors as Director of Communications from 2000 to 2007. They also founded the Frieth Hilly 10k race initiative to support local education, showcasing their commitment to community development. Caroline earned a degree in Fine Art from Liverpool John Moores University in 1994.
