Cece Waters

Cece (Celia) Waters is an experienced communications professional with a diverse background across various organizations. Waters served as Communications Manager at Positive Coaching Alliance, where responsibilities included writing national newsletters and producing the National Youth Sports Awards Program. At Bridgestone, Waters directed change management processes, focusing on cultural alignment and high-performance initiatives. As Manager of Executive Communications at Hewlett-Packard, Waters oversaw communications for the HP Storage Division.
