Chris Lafleur is currently a UX Measurement Lead at SAP S/4HANA Cloud in Germany, where they focus on enhancing the user experience of SAP Fiori Elements development tools through rigorous research and validation. With a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Psychology from the University of British Columbia, Chris began their journey in user research during a Cognitive Engineering internship in 2008, which ignited their passion for leveraging perception studies to improve software usability. They have authored two research papers on search efficiency and interface clutter, contributing significantly to the field of user experience. Throughout their career at SAP, Chris has held multiple roles, including Senior User Experience Researcher and Program Manager, while also managing a team of researchers to support user-centered design across various projects.
