Claudia Ballnat

Claudia Ballnat is the Director of the SAP MCC Global Solution Practice, where they lead a global team of Solution Support Architects and focus on enhancing processes and products. Previously, they held multiple roles at NTT DATA, including Service Assurance Manager and Event Service Coordinator, where they provided operational support and managed client relationships. Claudia also served as Director of SAP Preferred Success, driving process efficiency and team transformation while ensuring high customer satisfaction. They hold a Bachelor of Arts from Hochschule Trier and are currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the Graduate School Rhein-Neckar.
