Craig LeDonne is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in cloud services and application operations at SAP. Since September 2018, Craig has served as Vice President of Global Cloud Services, overseeing operations to ensure resilient and secure cloud services for customers. Previous positions included Vice President roles at SAP Ariba and SAP SuccessFactors, where Craig focused on cloud delivery and application operations management. Craig's earlier career includes strategic leadership in corporate IT at SAP, senior IT management roles at Armada Supply Chain Solutions, and a strong foundation in business development and product management at Vocollect Healthcare Systems. Craig holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Logistics from Penn State University, along with an ITIL 4 Foundations Certificate.
