Crystal Lu

Crystal Lu is the Director of North America Media Relations at SAP, where they have been shaping strategic communication since 2012. Prior to this role, Crystal served as the Director of Executive Communications at SAP and as a Senior Manager of Public Relations at Sybase, where they developed high-profile media engagements for C-suite executives. Crystal began their career as a Diplomatic and Business Reporter at the Xinhua News Agency, following their education with an MA in Journalism from Stanford University and a BA in English and International Relations from China Foreign Affairs University.
