David Hoeffler is currently the Head of UX for S/4HANA Procurement & Ariba S2C at SAP, where they leverage their extensive experience in user experience design. Previously, David served as a Customer Experience Catalyst at Roche from 2018 to 2023 and co-founded PulseShift, serving as Managing Director from 2015 to 2018. David also held the title of Senior Consultant in Advanced Analytics at SAP prior to their current role. They hold an M.B.A. from IE Business School and a Diploma from the University of Mannheim, supplemented by a certificate from Kyoto University of Foreign Studies.
