Debbie Rigger is an experienced Human Resource professional with a successful track record in the technology industry. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at SAP, Debbie has launched several leading global HR initiatives in Australia and New Zealand, including the 'Pledge to Flex' and 'Life Leave' policies, promoting an inclusive and flexible culture. Prior to SAP, Debbie held the position of Human Resources Director at Dell EMC from 2011 to 2017 and was the Director of Human Resources for Asia Pacific at SunGard from 1988 to 2011. Debbie earned a Master's degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from Western Sydney University in 2008.
