Diego Lopes is currently serving as the Global Controller for the Maintenance Center of Excellence at SAP since 2025. From 2017 to 2022, Diego was involved in Global Customer Success, where they managed data in CRM and provided insightful analyses of performance KPIs for sales executives. Diego also contributed to the sales operations and COO office, creating tools to streamline processes and supporting major business initiatives, including the establishment of SAP Labs in Japan. They hold an MBA in Business Intelligence from FIAP and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho.
