Diego Osorio

Diego Osorio is an experienced professional with a strong background in content production, customer experience, and sales. Currently serving as a Content Producer at SAP since January 2022, Diego has developed an internal team site with significant daily traffic, created search engine tools, produced audit videos, authored internal articles, and led a document vetting process involving C-suite executives. Concurrently, Diego works as an Usher for the Golden State Warriors and a Guest Experience Associate for the San Jose Earthquakes Soccer team, focusing on guest support and safety during events. Previously, Diego held various roles at the YMCA of Silicon Valley, including Child Care, Sales Advisor, Membership Lead, and Membership Associate, demonstrating leadership and customer service skills. Diego holds a Master's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from San Francisco State University.
