Don Speer

Don Speer is an experienced professional with a robust background in data management, predictive analytics, and client services. Currently serving as Director at SAP since October 2016, Don oversees the GTM Strategy and Sales Alignment team. Prior to this role, Don spent 20 years at ADP in various leadership positions, including Engagement Manager, VP of Technical Services, and VP of Client Services, where responsibilities included leading technical support teams, managing client service operations, and successfully implementing HR/Payroll solutions for national accounts. Don holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from California State University, Fullerton.
