Eric Staedt

Eric Staedt, CPIM, CSCP, has an extensive background in supply chain management and inventory optimization. Beginning as a Market Analyst at Spectrum Control Inc. in 1992, Eric moved on to RB&W Manufacturing as a Business Systems Analyst, designing inventory management systems. A career-defining period occurred at SmartOps, where Eric served as Director of Professional Services, overseeing large-scale inventory optimization projects. Following this, Eric founded SCM Specialists, focusing on multi-echelon inventory optimization and supply chain excellence. Prior roles included Senior Logistics Manager at L'Oreal USA, where responsibilities spanned the entire supply chain, and multiple positions at Avery Dennison, including Supply Chain Manager and Six-Sigma Blackbelt, leading process improvements. Eric currently serves as a Senior Product Specialist at SAP, specializing in SAP IBP Demand Sensing.
