Erica Low

Erica Low is the Head of Strategic Programs and Sustainability Marketing for SAP Asia Pacific Japan, where they drive initiatives that align with the key priorities of APJ Marketing. Since joining SAP in 2007, Erica has held various roles, including Regional Marketing Lead and Senior Manager of Services Marketing, earning recognition with the ‘Services Star Award 2011.’ Erica completed a year-long Talent Development program in 2017, which included a four-month fellowship with Global Marketing in New York City. They hold a BSc in Economics from the National University of Singapore, a Chartered Institute of Marketing post-graduate diploma, and a Specialist Diploma in IoT from Temasek Polytechnic. Erica is also an alumnus of Tsinghua School of Economics and Management and has a strong passion for Design Thinking.
