Eva Strauß is an experienced professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager for SAP Customer Experience solutions since October 2014. Eva's role focuses on enhancing organizations' business value through high user adoption of SAP systems. Prior to this, Eva held various positions at IBM Deutschland GmbH from October 2001 to September 2014, including Global Account Director for Strategic Industries Banking and Leading Industry Sales Professional for Banking & Insurance. Earlier experience includes key account management in the manufacturing and financial sectors. Eva holds a Diplomkauffrau and Bachelor of Honours from Anglia Ruskin University and The Berlin School of Economics and Law, and completed training as a bank clerk at Kreissparkasse Düsseldorf.
