Felix Mitterer is currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at SAP, having joined in March 2024 after participating in the SAP Academy for Customer Success. Prior experience includes working as a Transformation Consultant at Deloitte from June 2022 to February 2024, focusing on financial services transformation projects, and serving as an Analyst in Financial Markets at Nova Investment Club from September 2021 to December 2022. Felix co-founded PACE Digital, a digital marketing startup, from February 2020 to September 2021, and held the position of Head of Marketing and Public Relations at the Students' Union at the Management Center Innsbruck. Early experiences include a marketing internship at MILA Bergmilch Südtirol and a role as a social media manager for a local political campaign. Felix holds an MSc in International Masters in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Management & IT from MCI.
