Ferry van Daal

Ferry van Daal is an accomplished executive chef with a rich culinary background, currently serving as Head Chef at Compass Group Nederland since 2017. They previously held roles as Chef-kok and Executive Chef at SAP from 2017 to 2021 and gained valuable experience as Executive Sous-Chef at Appèl B.V. from 2014 to 2017. Ferry began their culinary journey as a cook in various horeca and catering establishments from 2001 to 2004 and developed their skills further in Souschef positions at Heijmans from 2010 to 2014. They are pursuing further education in culinary arts at Koning Willem I College and ROC Eindhoven.
