Franziska Back is a passionate leader and organizational development expert with a robust background in people and culture initiatives. They began their career as a working student in customer service at Sixt Mobility Consulting B.V. and have since held various roles at SAP, including Experiential Learning Practices Co-Lead and Senior People & Culture Business Partner. Currently, Franziska leads initiatives that foster peer and experiential learning, emphasizing collaboration and continuous growth within the organization. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg.
