Gary Chen

Gary Chen is currently the SuccessFactors Support Team Manager at SAP, a role they have held since 2022. Previously, they served in various positions at SAP, including Senior Support Engineer and Team Lead from 2012 to 2014, where they managed teams and supported HCM customers across the APJ region. Gary's career at SAP began in 2007 as an associate engineer, leading to multiple advancements that encompassed cloud de-escalation services and escalation management for SAP Enterprise Cloud Service. They hold a Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering from Fudan University, and an MBA in Global Management from KEDGE Business School.
