Previously, Gaurav worked at Polaris Software Lab as a Software Engineer and held various leadership roles at SAP, including Global Head of Support for SuccessFactors HCM Employee Central and Global Topic Owner. Gaurav possesses a robust expertise in building high-performing teams and fostering customer relationships, while also establishing best practices for support methodologies. Gaurav holds an Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
