Gerd Stumm

Gerd Stumm is a seasoned professional at SAP with a diverse background in learning and support management. Currently serving as the Future Learning Lab Scientist, Gerd leads an initiative focused on researching and prototyping learning trends while fostering collaboration among learning professionals. Gerd's previous roles include serving as the Support Manager and Head of the SAP Enterprise Support Academy, where strategic execution and team development were key responsibilities. With expertise as a Communication Expert and Design Thinking Coach, Gerd has also contributed to the rollout of methodologies and knowledge management. Earlier experience at SAP AG included positions as a Solution Expert in Health and Safety and Business ByDesign HR, along with roles in project leadership and information development. Gerd holds a Master's degree in Information Science from the University Saarland.
