Grant Clinch

Grant Clinch is an experienced leader in customer success management, currently serving as the SVP and Head of Customer Success Management at SAP APAC. Having held various roles across the technology sector, they previously worked as Executive Director at EnterprisePM Pte Ltd and in consulting at IT Newcom, where they developed skills in IT strategic sourcing and commercial negotiation. Grant's tenure at SAP includes positions such as SVP and Chief Operating Officer for SAP Customer Experience Asia, Pacific Japan, and Managing Director for SAP Malaysia. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from the University of Technology Sydney.
