Heather Scott

Heather Scott is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and compensation analysis, with a career spanning multiple well-known organizations. Scott began with a foundational role as a Human Resources Intern at Otis Elevator Company before progressing to various positions in human resources, including Executive Intern at Target and Executive Director at ICARUS Contemporary Dance Company. After working at Cetera Financial Group, where responsibilities included talent acquisition and compensation analysis, Scott held senior roles at The Walt Disney Studios and Activision Blizzard as Sr. Manager and Manager of Compensation.
