Heike Neumann

Heike Neumann is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in leading global human resources initiatives across various industries. Since January 2009, Neumann has held multiple leadership roles at SAP, including Vice President, Global People Lead for Board Area Marketing & Solutions, and Head of Human Resources for SAP Canada, overseeing approximately 3,500 employees. Previously, Neumann served as Vice President for Executive Rewards and Global Equity, designing SAP's global rewards strategy, and as HR Business Partner Lead for the Board Area Office of the CEOs, aligning diverse business units towards unified people goals. Earlier experience includes Group HR Lead at Celesio AG, Co-Founder of T5 Interface GmbH, HR Business Consultant at Hewlett-Packard/Agilent Technologies, and Management Trainee HR at Levi Strauss Europe. Neumann holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Universität des Saarlandes.
