Hildie Smart currently serves as the Sr Director of Product Marketing at SAP since August 2023 and is a member of the Customer Marketing Alliance since October 2022. Previously, Hildie held the position of Director, Global ABM at Icertis from September 2022 to August 2023, where leadership of account-based campaign strategies with sales teams led to the generation of $25M in new pipeline. Hildie also served as Head of Customer Marketing at Centrical, driving customer adoption and retention programs, and held various marketing roles at SAP, including Sr Director of Global Customer Marketing. Additional experience includes positions at Automation Anywhere, Knowledge Factor, Oracle, GHX, and BluePhoenix Solutions, with a foundational education in Marketing from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
