Hongwei Lu

Hongwei Lu is a cross-cultural executive and career coach with extensive experience in leading early talent development and CSR initiatives across the Asia-Pacific Japan region. Previously, Hongwei directed product management at Oracle from 1995 to 2005, later serving as a senior lecturer at Republic Polytechnic from 2006 to 2011. At SAP from 2017 to 2022, Hongwei managed early talent programs and directed CSR initiatives aimed at bridging the digital divide, receiving the Leadership Credo Award in 2023. Currently, Hongwei is pursuing multiple degrees, including a Master of Science at the University of Oxford and executive education at the University of Cambridge.
